First, the internet exploded when a track leaked from the musician entitled "Meet Me In the Pale Moonlight." Although we've had the disco-inflected song on loop since, leave it to Del Rey to set the record straight for everyone. As the singer noted, it isn't intended for her new album--it's actually four years old. However, she did reveal a tidbit about her first official jam from Ultraviolence in a tweet to Prefix. The title is "West Coast," and immediately after she tweeted the name, LDR posted a photo of herself with the caption "West Coast." Creepy! A Ghost Crashes Miley Cyrus' Selfie (PIC)

Miley Cyrus graced us all with a good night, tongue selfie from her hotel room last night, but not without everyone noticing something weird in the background. See the weird object floating above the singer's head in the pic?

Totally looks like a ghost/spirit/orb/creepy thing, right? Miley noticed it too and posted the caption, "#orbselfie / #robelife," with the photo.

So what exactly does this mean? Well, a lot of people think orbs are some type of angel, spirit or ghost lingering around you. Wikipedia explains it as, "an unexpected, circular artifact that occurs in flash photography."

Kesha Makes First Appearance Since Rehab, Belts Out Beyoncé

The singer walked the red carpet in Los Angeles, celebrated with 'Drunk in Love.'

Ke$ha made her first public appearance since completing rehab — and dropping the dollar sign — earlier this month, walking the red carpet at the Humane Society's 60th Anniversary Gala in Beverly Hills on Saturday (March 29) night.

Kesha, who is an avid animal rights supporter, posed for photos on the carpet at the Beverly Hilton in a long, sheer halter dress, with her hair dyed in various hues and her fingers loaded with jewelry.

She didn't speak to reporters on the red carpet, but she was obviously in the mood to celebrate, as evidenced by an Instagram video shot by hair and makeup artist Vittorio Masecchia, which shows her and her pals singing along — very loudly — to Beyoncé's hit "Drunk in Love."

Hey, it's not Ed Sheeran, but it's close.

Kesha first entered the Timberline Knolls Residential Treatment Center in January to treat a long struggle with bulimia and, in her words, "to learn to love myself again." Since completing the program, she's kept a low profile, though in handful of messages to her fans, she thanked them for their support, and promised that she'd already begun working on new music. She also changed her Twitter handle from "KeshaSuxx" to "KeshaRose."

Wait! Katy Perry is Dating Who?!

Ok so, I just found out some interesting news and honestly I don't know what I think about it. Maybe you guys can help me out. So, are you ready? Katy Perry went on a date...with Riff Raff! Or at least that's what the rapper posted on Instagram.

Katy replied re-posting the pic and captioned it

"TBT to when I went on a date with Riff Raff

aka @jodyhighroller also, regram!"

When Riff Raff was asked if they were going to go on another date, he said that they were going to meet up when Perry returned from Belgium. I can't believe he was able to score a date with her! What will their couple name be? Kiff Kaff? 

The Dark Horse singer was seen posing alongside rapper Riff Raff (aka. Jody High Roller) after being treated to a night of sushi, bowling and drinks - apparently.

The 29-year-old popstar instagrammed the pic, along with the caption: "TBT to when I went on a date with Riff Raff aka @jodyhighroller". 

Riff Raff, who is currently out in Miami, posted the orginal photo of the pair last Wednesday, writing: "ON A DATE WITH KATY PERRY SHE IS PURDY".

Just FYI, just in case: Purdy = Pretty.

When TMZ hounded down the rapper to ask about K-Pez, and whether they were going to go public, he replied: "Who knows where things might go. Just got to see where things lead."

He then said: "I'm just out here in Miami enjoying the weather and the beautiful view. But me and Katy Perry might go on a second date... round two."

Ooh, we don't really know what to think about this one...

Ariana Grande Breaks Three Toes, And You’ll Never Guess How

Oops! Uber adorable singer Ariana Grande broke three

 toes, and it wasn’t because she fell while wearing those 

lovely, ladylike platform heels she favors. It was all her 

dog’s fault!

Grande, who just previewed a new song online for fans,

 texted her manager, Scooter Braun — also the 

manager Justin Bieber and the Wanted, featuring 

Grande’s ex-BF Nathan Sykes — letting him know all the

 gory details of her injury.

Braun then saved a screenshot of the text and shared it 

with his Instagram followers, many of whom are 

Arianators.

He posted: “Monday morning texts from @arianagrande 

are always the best. Lol. Gotta love this girl. Feel better

 Ari.”

Well, Scooter, we do love that girl. And her text is 

adorbs, just like her. Only Ariana Grande could text 

about slipping on dog pee and breaking her toes and

 sound cute while doing so.

Something tells us that the singer’s ego was probably

 more damaged and in pain than her toes, since she

 slipped in front of a lot of people. She also loves her 

pups, so we doubt she even yelled at her poochy for 

having an accident in the house.

Evanescence Singer Amy Lee: ‘For the First Time in 13 Years, I Am a Free and Independent Artist’

Congratulations are in order for Amy Lee of Evanescence — not only is she expecting a baby, but after suing her longtime record label over mismanagement and royalties, she is now an independent artist. Lee took to Twitter to share the exhilarating news, writing:

Back in January, it was first reported that Lee was suing her record label, Wind-Up Records, for $1.5 million dollars, allegedly claiming that the label almost destroyed the band and gave them below-par promoters in order to sabotage them. In November 2013, the company chartered a deal that involved selling an enormous back catalog of their artists (including Evanescence) to the Bicycle Music Company, Concord Music Group, and others. Based on the deal, Evanescence and other bands such as Creed and Seether were no longer listed as Wind-Up artists.

Based on Lee’s tweets, it sounds like she couldn’t be any happier as an independent artist — and we’re excited to see what she has in store for her music in the future.

We Cast Sofia Coppola's Live-Action 'The Little Mermaid'

Today, Deadline reported that Sofia Coppola will direct the live-action version of Disney's classic The Little Mermaid. Though we're slightly suspicious about the whole live-action thing since, you know, half the cast won't have legs, we're big fans of Sofia Coppola so we're holding out hope that this won't be a total disaster/ruin the precious memory of one of our all-time favorite childhood movies.

Though rumors early this year said that Emma Watson and Daniel Radcliffe would be starring as Ariel and her land-based love interest, Eric, they seem to be more of the fan-fiction sort rather than stemming from hard evidence. So, to give Sofia Coppola a little help with this feat she's facing, we've cast the new film for her. Below are our picks for roles in the brilliant (we hope) live-action remake of The Little Mermaid:

Ariel: Amanda Seyfried

She has the hair! The voice!

Eric: Ian Somerhalder

If his hands are big enough.

Sebastian: Benedict Cumberbatch; Flounder: Seth Rogen

I think even as a five-year-old I pictured Sebastian as crabby, but hot.

Scuttle: Matthew McConaughey

He would basically play his Magic Mike character, just with feathers instead of a leopard g-string.

King Triton: Idris Elba

He would look great in a fish tail. He would look good in anything.

Ursala: Bette Midler

Hocus Pocus proved that Bette is like the best witch ever. Plus she sings.

Vanessa/the Human Ursala: Megan Fox

Because this just makes sense.

Meanwhile, if Seyfried isn't available, Rebel Wilson is great choice for the role of Ariel or any or all of her sisters/backup dancers/general merpeople.

 A young woman from central Minnesota who is battling leukemia for the second time got the chance to meet her favorite superstar, an experience she says she’ll talk about for years to come.

With twerking and exposed skin, the often-criticized Miley Cyrus performed at the Xcel Energy Center Monday night in what the Star Tribune called a “Disneyland of mindless fun.” But before she took the stage she met with one of her biggest fans, Alexis “Lulu” Martinez.

Leukemia is a cancer of the white blood cells. Earlier this year, Martinez, who thought she had beat the disease when she was 9, found out the cancer was back. Because of health concerns, she was worried she wouldn’t be able to go to Cyrus’ concert, according to FOX 9. That’s when her sister, Brittany Martinez, took to social media. She created the Luv for Lulu Facebook page, which now has over 6,000 likes, and Twitter handleand hashtag, #MileytoLulu.

It took weeks of determination, but it paid off.

Before meeting Cyrus, Lulu said she wasn’t feeling well and was worried she wouldn’t make the best impression.

“Well, at first I was [nervous] because I wasn’t feeling good and I’m like, I’m going to meet Miley and I’m going to puke and she’s going to remember me as the girl who puked, but I didn’t puke. I was all good. It went smooth,” she told the media, according to KARE 11.

Lulu gave Miley one of her own T-shirts and a team Lulu bracelet while they talked and took pictures, KARE 11 reports.

“It was memorable. It was nice. She just asked how we were and she said she liked my shirt,” Lulu said. “I’ll probably brag about it at school until I graduate and then after I get married too.”

Now that she’s met Cyrus, what’s next? Lulu told KARE 11, ”I’ll probably just keep following her on Twitter like I usually do and obsessing like I usually do.”

In the weeks leading up to the concert, KDWB got in touch with Cyrus’ team to make Lulu’s dream come true. The Xcel Energy Center also helped out, providing a suite for Lulu, her friends and family, according toKDWB.

Justin Bieber hits the stage at theScooter Braun Projects Sunday Funday Showcase held during the 2014 SXSW Music, Film + Interactive Festival on Sunday (March 9) in Austin, Tex.

The 20-year-old singer was joined at theOp and Buffalo David Bitton sponsored event by Cody Simpson.

While on stage at the showcase, Justin reportedly dedicated a song to “my baby,” which was directed at Selena Gomez, who was supposedly standing to the side of the stage.

“Fun taking the stage with all the other acts. Great people. Had to do a little acoustic set myself. Maybe I should do another one? ;)” Justin tweeted.
