Damn! Khloe Kardashian Shows Off Her Fit Body In A Bathing Suit (Pics)

Damn, girl! Don't hurt em!
Khloe Kardashian uploaded some pics to her IG of her on a boat and WOW she really looks good.
She is another 'fitspiration' for me. (I just made up that word.)
Check out the pic below:

Rarely a day passes by that she isn't spotted hitting the gym and the results were clear for all to see when Khloe Kardashian posted a holiday picture in her bathing suit.
The 29-year-old reality TV star shared a snap of herself in a sexy plunging one-piece on a boat in Thailand, showing off her long legs and enviable figure.
She also wore a cute nautical hat as she leaned on the edge of the yacht, with a beautiful blue/green sea in the background.

Ahoy there: Khloe looked stunning in a sexy plunging one-piece, showing off her long legs and enviable figure

Captain of the ship: Khloe shared a picture of herself with a cross tattoo on her breasts as she posed with sister Kylie Jenner

Hopefully those are just temporary! Khloe showed off a tattoo of a cross on her cleavage along with a K on each hand
Transformation: Khloe ditched the red lipstick for some fun on the water, looking slightly less polished than in her Instagram pictures

THE HEALTHY HAIR DIET

Products aren't the only thing that matter in the crusade for gorgeous strands.

Want gorgeous, healthy-looking hair, à la Olivia Palermo? Focus on these foods a few times a day and you'll see longer, stronger, shinier hair in no time.
Sea Buckthorn
WHY IT WORKS: It's rich in beta-carotene, vitamin C, and omega 7s. "In Latin, it literally means 'shiny horse'," saysLauren Slayton, RD, founder of Foodtrainers in NYC. "And it's the essential fatty acids that it contains that help to make human hair shiny, too." While it's a common ingredient in skincare, Slayton, says she's a fan of taking it in supplement form daily (a shot glass worth). Try Sibu Beauty Sea Buckthorn Liquid Supplement, $30sibubeauty.com.
Clams and Oysters
WHY THEY WORK: "Zinc is a mineral that is important in the repair—and growth—of tissue, including the growth of hair," explains Deborah Enos, a certified nutritionist in NYC. "If your body is low in zinc, you may experience slow growth of hair and actual hair loss." Some non-seafood options include peanut butter, cheese, nuts, and seeds, she says.
Papaya and Peppers
WHY THEY WORK: "It’s the vitamin C in these two foods that help boost the production of collagen that surrounds hair and keeps it strong," explains Slayton, who recommends working these two vitamin-C rich foods into one to two meals a day (or other kinds if you want, too—i.e. lemons, oranges, and grapefruit).
Peanuts
WHY THEY WORK: "They're one of the best sources of biotin, a form of vitamin B, which increases hair growth and overall scalp health," says Slayton. "Your body needs biotin to metabolize carbohydrates, fats, and amino acids, the building blocks of protein and because hair is made up of protein, biotin helps hair grow faster." Other biotin-rich foods include eggs and salmon for protein, she says.
Evening Primrose Oil
WHY IT WORKS: "It's one of the top sources of gamma-linolenic acid, an omega-6 essential fatty acid that promotes hair growth," explains Slayton. Try Barleans Organic Oils Evening Primrose Oil, $17.50, vitaminshoppe.com.
Brussels Sprouts
WHY THEY WORK: Again, vitamin C is crucial to growing healthy, pretty hair: "Brussels sprouts are a good source of vitamin C, which is important in keeping your hair vibrant and healthy because it's used by the body to form collagen," says Enos. "Even a mild deficiency of vitamin C can lead to split ends, so make sure to eat foods that have it on a daily basis."
Lentils
WHY THEY WORK: They're a source of protein and also laced with essential minerals iron and zinc. "Zinc regulates hormones that affect hair growth," says Slayton. "And some studies have found a link between iron levels and hair loss in women."
Spinach
WHY IT WORKS: "This vegetable is full of iron and folate, which is a B vitamin that is helpful in the creation of red blood cells," explains Enos. "While iron allows the blood cells to carry oxygen. And the two are a winning combination for your hair and the rest of your body, as well." Also, try adding foods that contain either one of these important hair nutrients, too. For example, asparagus and broccoli are rich in folate; garbanzo beans and Swiss chard are great for iron.
Greek Yogurt
WHY IT WORKS: "It's high in protein and vitamin B5 (aka pantothenic acid), a good combination for helping to increase hair growth," says Enos. (Try Maia Yogurt, $1.50,maiayogurt.com.) It's also a source of vitamin D, which has been recently linked by research for helping to promote healthy hair follicles.

Doutzen Kroes Jumps on the Pregnant & Naked Bandwagon

Supermodel/Victoria's Secret Angel/absurdly beautiful human Doutzen Kroes just announced her pregnancy this morning via a nude Instagram, because obviously. It's long been a thing for celebs to show off their naked, knocked-up bodies on magazine covers, from Demi Moore's Vanity Fair cover (August 1991, which kicked off the trend) to Britney Spears' Harper's Bazaar one (August 2006, which did feel shocking because it was Brit) to Jessica Simpson on our own April 2012 issue.
But in 2014, why should models (who don't really get magazine covers that often anymore, even when they are Angels) bother waiting for print media, when they can just hop on Instagram and post something like this? Professional photographer, beautiful lighting, perfectly tousled bedhead: All the makings of one of those gorgeous magazine covers, but with 1.2 million people seeing it in a second:

"This is not a #throwbackthursday this is now! So happy to share with you that we are expecting" Doutzen wrote, to which my favorite reply thus far has been: "OMYGERD!!!"
Omygerd, Doutzen, you look awesome. But seriously, Mazel!

Grammys 2014: Taylor Swift has an awkward moment where she THOUGHT she’d won!

It might be the best reaction we've EVER seen.

Taylor Swift had a mega-awkward moment when she thought she'd won the Grammy for Best Album. Copyright [Twitte …
Last night during the Grammys 2014, Taylor Swift thought she'd won the award for Best Album and looked joyful - before quickly realising that she HADN'T won after all.
Cue a swift (sorry,) change in expression - from absolute glee to a pretend 'Oh, I'm just surprised, but I'm also so happy for Daft Punk' face.
We can hardly blame Taylor for assuming that she'd scooped the award, seeing as she's won just about every title going over the last few years.
Taylor Swift looked amazing on the Grammys red carpet. Copyright [WENN]Seriously, over the past few years she's been nominated 278 times and won a total of 217 awards.
She was also very excited to hear that her album Red was even in the Grammys category for Album of the Year.
Speaking just after the nominations were announced, Taylor said: "It's astounding to me that the fans have carried out its [the album's] life as long as they have. Getting the Grammy nomination for album of the year - that was the most incredible triumph for the album."

Taylor Swift gave an amazing performance at the Grammys. Copyright [Rex]Taylor continued: "It's the oldest contender in that category, and since it's over a year old, I was a little afraid that people would forget about it. For it to be honoured that way by musicians, producers, writers, all the people who vote for the Grammys, it's the most incredible crowning achievement so far."
And despite losing out to Daft Punk, Taylor did however, give an amazing performance after her Grammys disappointment.
Taylor, 24, performed her break-up ballad All Too Well with a lot of piano playing and head banging, with many proclaiming it the performance of the night.
She also looked ridiculously gorgeous on the red carpet, so it wasn't ALL bad.
