Hello there !

Here we go sunday, and we start with our Health Section.
for most of us a boring day , leisure, want to do some diet ?
Here I give you some very useful tips for starting a very fresh and energized diet. Full of vitamins and low calories. With delightful savour and plenty of varieties.
Today we focus in GREEN BEAN:



Green Beans With Bacon Vinaigrette

Toss the green beans with a warm dressing of softened shallots, cider vinegar, and crisp bacon.



Garlicky Green Beans With Pine Nuts

Toasted pine nuts give green beans a nutty crunch.











Green Beans With Pecans and Maple Vinaigrette

You can make this side dish ahead of time: Toast the pecans, cook the green beans, and make the vinaigrette up to a day in advance, then combine before serving.














Green Beans With Roasted Nuts and Cranberries

Dried cranberries add a sweetness that complements the earthy roasted nuts in this dish.

Ingredients

  • kosher salt and pepper
  • 1 1/2 pounds green beans, trimmed
  • 2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1/2 cup roasted, unsalted mixed nuts, roughly chopped
  • 1/4 cup dried cranberries

Directions

  1. Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Add 1 tablespoon salt and the green beans and cook until tender, 4 to 6 minutes.
  2. Meanwhile, in a large bowl, combine the oil, nuts, and cranberries.
  3. Drain the green beans and transfer them to the bowl. Add 1/2 teaspoon salt and 1/4 teaspoon pepper and toss to coat. Serve warm or at room temperature.
