In what may be her most questionable decision since swapping spit with Benji Madden on Halloween, Miley Cyrus has inked on a honking new tattoo. The starlet, 20, went back under the needle on Monday to get a large portrait of her grandmother on her right forearm. The tat was done by Kat Von D, who's responsible for several of Miley's many markings.

Von D worked from a photo of Miley's Meemaw and enthused on Tuesday morning, "Grandmas rule. … Love, love, loved tattooing you last night, @mileycyrus."
No word on how her grandma reacted to the new ink, although we imagine a heavy sigh and a, "Oh, that's nice, dear," was involved.

What do you think of the tattoo? Touching? Or over the top?
