Robert Pattinson is looking even more like a vampire with his dark new ‘do, a hairstyle he has adopted for an upcoming film role. The former ‘Twilight’ actor dyed his brown locks jet black in order to play photographer Dennis Stock in the upcoming film ‘Life.’ Pattinson also shaved off his goatee and re-styled his hair — which is now parted on the side — for the role. Though the actor has left his Edward Cullen days behind him, we think that the contrast between his new dark style and his pale skin make Pattinson look more vampiric than ever.‘Life’ tells the story of Life magazine photographer Dennis Stock and his friendship with James Dean, who will be portrayed by Dane DeHaan. Filming has kicked off in Toronto, Canada, where Pattinson (and his brand-new look) were photographed caught in the snow.
Robert Pattinson has been lying low for a while, but we finally got a glimpse at what he's been up to — and he looks completely different! Not only has Rob shaved his goatee, but he also dyed his hair black to play photographer Dennis Stock in the upcoming film Life. Shooting is currently under way in Toronto, and Robert braved the cold for a snowy scene on Tuesday, laughing and snapping photos of a bench.
Back in September, we spoke to Rob's costar Dane DeHaan, who portrays James Dean in the film, and he admitted he was "terrified" but excited to work with a "great guy" like Rob. Life isn't due out until at least next year, but this Summer, Robert will show off another transformation inThe Rover, in which he stars as an injured robber forced to help Guy Pearce's character find his stolen car in the desert.
