Cher LLoyd, yes, she has changed!

SOME THINGS CAN ONLY GET BETTER...

Cher Lloyd has had quite the rollercoaster ride on this year's X Factor! One thing that's only got better though, is her make-up routine.

Initially caked on in layers so thick we wondered if they'd ever be able to find her real skin, Cher's beauty look appears to have gone from hard-faced to surprisingly fresh-faced, over the course of the show. And we like it!

Cher looked pretty cool way back in September...

But it wasn't until we saw a quality close-up that we realised the full scale of her make-up overload!

The heavy foundation, lashings upon lashings of eyeliner and mascara, pencilled on eyebrows and harsh red/orange lips didn't do Cher's tiny face any favours. Nor her skin!

Then one day, October 12 to be exact, we saw this picture of a stripped back Cher. Yes she's still got her falsies on, and an awful lot of eyeliner, but the softer look really suits her.

At the Pride of Britain Awards, Cher's make-up took on a whole new turn. Her skin looked like it had finally had the chance to breath, and had a glowing luminosity rather than a dull complexion. In place of the severe eyeliner was an elegant smoky eye, and check out that pale pink lipgloss! Soft, fresh, young...better!

Late November, and the fresh-faced look was still there. We love this pretty soft-pink lippy on Cher - so much nicer than her brash colours of old!

And look this pic of Cher at yesterday's X Factor press conference! It seems that her softer, lighter look is here to stay (we hope!), and the singer/rapper is much the better for it.
